| The HOTAB Group today consists of the companies HOTAB Eldningsteknik AB, Holst El AB and Olje- & Pannservice i Kristianstad AB.
The group has a staff of about 50 persons and an annual turnover over SEK 100 million.
The HOTAB Group has delivered more than 1,000 solid fuel plants since 1979, of which about 500 complete centrals. |

| The company was founded in 1979 and is based in the cities of Halmstad and Kristianstad.
HOTAB Eldningsteknik AB takes care of selling, mechanical construction, project management and education.
HOTAB Eldningsteknik AB is responsible for the administration and the group executive board of the HOTAB Group. |

| Holst El AB |
| The company that became a joint-stock company in 1986 is based in the city of Kristianstad.
Holst El AB constructs, programs and manufactures control cabinets.
As PLC, Allen Bradley or Siemens are used. Holst El AB also offers computer controlled monitoring systems and process control systems.
Holst El AB is a specialist within control of bio fuel boilers, with more than 25 years of experience.
Furthermore, Holst El AB has concentrated on developing environment-adapted reconstructions which reduce dust emissions in existing boiler houses etc.
All control cabinets for the solid fuel boilers of the HOTAB Group are manufactured by Holst El AB. |
| Olje & Pannservice AB |
| The company was founded in 1969 and is based in the city of Kristianstad, on the same premises as Holst El AB.
Olje- & Pannservice takes care of the service of local industries and boiler installations.
They hold welding licences for all pressure vessels, in accordance with the new directives on pressure vessels.
Pipe constructions and installations as well as the mechanical products within the solid fuel program of the Group are manufactured by Olje- & Pannservice AB |

| The ambition of the HOTAB Group is to deliver the best accessible technology for each individual application. |
| Well-established combustion-technical connections and conditions are fundamental for the construction of the process equipment.
In our line of business, we call this the 3 “T”s: |

| At the same time, demands on high efficiency, good accessibility, simple maintenance and a limited need for supervision are decisive elements.
To hold together all elements, which do not necessarily interact, but in several cases counteract each other, is a balancing act. |
| A number of parameters are decisive for the design of the plants: |
● The buyer’s economical demands and expectations on the plant.
● The choice of fuel for the plant.
● Existing and known future environmental demands.
● The buyer’s demands on and possibilities to handle the supervision of the plant.
● Prevailing authority requirements and standards for the plant type. |
| The HOTAB Group continuously carry on research, tests etc.
New and sometimes full-scale prototypes are produced to enable the Group to master the increasingly higher set demands of tomorrow. |
| Training |
| The HOTAB Group undertakes the training of operators and other staff members involved in solid fuel technology.
The courses are held on HOTAB plants and include three days of theoretical and practical training and are concluded with a final test in practice.
Having passed the training, the participants receive a certificate which, according to prevailing standards, authorizes them to be responsible for the operation of boiler houses. |
