| The project will be performed by Skånefrö (beneficiary) in close cooperation with Hotab (partner). In addition will inter alia the following parties participate and provide external assistance in the project: Äfab (adviser on renewable energy and biomass), Scandinavian Seed AB (seed breeding company), Lund Technical University and Gerkros Heating Technology Ltd (Irish supplier of pellet burners). Skånefrö AB is situated in Tommarp, (in the South of Sweden) and have produced seed and grain for over 70 years. Today, Skånefrö AB is one of the leading seed companies in Sweden. The production contains grain-, turf- and forage seed. The company is in constant development and expand when it comes to both assortment and buildings. Hotab: Hotab is a technical company experienced in heating technique for inter alia pellets and briquettes. The group has around 50 employees and an annual turnover of around 100 million SEK. Operating domestically in Sweden as well as internationally Hotab has delivered more than 1,000 solid fuel plants since 1979, of which about 500 complete centrals. ÄFAB is an independent consulting company which specializes in testing, product development and education in the field of small scale bioenergy. Scandinavian Seed AB: In 1996 Skånefrö AB started, together with Forsbecks AB and Svenska Foder AB, a development company called Scandinavian Seed AB. This company is a vital and effective link to European breeders who provide Sweden with new and modern seed varieties for the Swedish agriculture, securing a widespread dissemination of the project results. |

The project management established in the BIOAGRO-project consist of 3 cornerstones: Project Management Group, Steering Committee and Reference Group, all consisting of staff with extended experience in the area of Biomass, Heating technology, Process Development, Product development and Business Management. The main responsible Project Manager of the BIOAGRO project is Sven-Olof Bernhoff, MD at Skånefrö (beneficiary). |

| Action and methods: |
The Project Management group is managed by the Project Leader. The Group has an operative responsibility for project implementation. It will follow-up the technical activities carried out in the tasks and examine the performance of the project, i.e. review technical aspects and results, inspect and examine prototype system, evaluate documentation reports, control parameters, initiate measurements. The Project Leader will also handle and ensure that reporting to the EC is performed without delays or lack of information. Meetings will be held regularly to discuss activities undertaken. The Steering Committee has a comprehensive role to monitor that project implementation is carried out in accordance to planned tasks and that set objectives are fulfilled. If necessary, it will make changes of project implementation. The Reference Group will review documentation and reports produced by the project group to follow-up progress and results. It will provide with input on technical aspects from a scientific, end-user and construction point of view. Meetings will be held through visits and telephone conferences. |
| Expected results: |
| A successful accomplishment of project management objectives and results, deliverables and milestones documented in reports. The final report will include an After LIFE communication plan. |
| Assumptions and Constraints: |
| There is a risk that some of the central persons in the Project Management will have to leave the project for an unforeseeable reason. Extended, reliable and easy accessible information and documentation about all project details will be kept so that a new person could replace another if needed. |
